Over on AOL, Cooking Light magazine, a magazine about healthy cooking is sponsoring "A Month of Cookies". You can get a cookie recipe via email each day of December until Christmas. Does anyone else find the juxtaposition of healthy cooking and cookies deeply disturbing?

I had an organic "Outrageous Cookie" the other day and I think my lifespan must have gotten longer straight away, so I vote for more of those yummy perfectly healthy cookies! I have every excuse to eat them and yes, even my doctor approves! Haha ... No, I guess it doesn't really make sense, but I guess there is a difference between "bad cookies" and "healthy cookies," but healthy should definately not be confused with good!

Actually there is something called "the cookie diet" -- a weight loss plan where all you eat are cookies. I'd been thinking of writing something about it & maybe you've inspired me, once again.

LOL, I missed that one, but I did see a thing on AOL about how to sneak to read your email and stuff at work.

It's so true. She really does...and she baked some yummy PB cookies just the other day. They were so good that our little dogs took one right out of a wee child's hand, and so we locked him up for being such a naughty dog...they were too delicious to waste on dogs!
