You just have to use the dough setting. Then you take the dough out when it beeps and shape it and bake it. I LOVE MY BREAD MACHINE!! I make cinnamon buns and pizza dough. Those are things that I would make only once ina blue moon before the machine. Now I can make them pretty much any time!Sylvanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13186604429680496847noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11268821.post-1128794642047610382005-10-08T14:04:00.000-04:002005-10-08T14:04:00.000-04:00To think I thought I was cheating by using the kne...To think I thought I was cheating by using the kneading attachment on my KitchenAid!

I like making long loaves and braided loaves, and I can't afford to lose that extra counter space; so there's no machine here.SierraBellahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15133142016514835961noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11268821.post-1128651157322513482005-10-06T22:12:00.000-04:002005-10-06T22:12:00.000-04:00I LOVE MY BREAD MACHINE!!!! Mmmm...
AND- it doesn't cost me over $2 a loaf!! I have just hand shaped my first loaf today, and I think I will be baking in my oven on my pizza stone most of the time now.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11268821.post-1128605942846755412005-10-06T09:39:00.000-04:002005-10-06T09:39:00.000-04:00I never got one of those. They take up too much valuable counter space and I knew I'd never actually use it.Rae Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10239791074376508016noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11268821.post-1128602242097008712005-10-06T08:37:00.000-04:002005-10-06T08:37:00.000-04:00This is clearly a confusing area. The way I see it, it all boils down to a simple question--or at least one that's simple to ask, if not to answer: Can bread be homemade and machine-made at the same time? Sorry to answer a riddle with a riddle, but that's the best I can come up with.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
