Damn French and their beautiful architecture, delicious wines, and heavenly, yummy food...uh, what were we talking about?

The government only moves faster if it involves killing---not saving. Sorry, I sound like I am in a really bad mood and I'm not. I'm having fun reading this blog.
It wasn't the feds who were holding up the help, it was the local and state governments. Sounds pretty French to me.
