True story: Buffalo wings were "invented" in Buffalo NY.
I am from Buffalo, NY and we are famous for are wings. They started here, however we don;t call them buffalo wings, we just call them wings.
Did Buffalo have mutant chickens with extra wings that they needed to market? Is that how they thought up the wings idea?
Could it be because we ate them?
I am also from Buffalo, and indeed wings were invented there. i forget the details of the story. so it should be capital-B-Buffalo wings.or you can, as angi points out, say it like a local and just call em wings.they good.
