Why doesn't glue stick to the bottle?

Is it protected by an internal anti-stick bottle lining?

In order for the adhersion to take place an exact mixture of oxgyen and ozone must be present. As every one knows this can not happen in a silly little bottle. One must have the glue out in the open.
